This is a hybrid position based in our Augusta, GA office. Team members are expected to work on-site two days per week and remotely three days per week. This schedule supports collaboration while offering flexibility and work-life balance.
TaxSlayer is seeking a Communications Intern to join our Creative Services team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about brand storytelling, customer engagement, and strategic messaging.
As a Communications Intern, you’ll help manage our brand reputation through clear, consistent communication across social media and other customer touchpoints. You’ll play a key role in shaping TaxSlayer’s social media presence by actively listening, monitoring, and responding to customer interactions across all platforms.
You’ll also contribute to content creation for social media and blog posts, helping define our brand voice and engage our audience in meaningful ways. Curiosity for emerging trends and a commitment to customer care are essential as we serve millions of taxpayers nationwide.
